Chandler, AZ – FST Technical Services, a leading provider in the Test, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance (TICC) industry, is pleased to announce the hiring of Ryan Meeks as the Vice President of Technical Training and Certification.

I hope to bring my expertise to expand the capabilities of our Quality Department with my 25 years of experience in the field. I enjoy being a part of the ASME and AWS Code Committees and all the work we put in to make the industry safer and create better construction practices,” said Ryan Meeks.
In this role, Ryan will work closely with management to identify training and development needs and evaluate the effectiveness of current programs. He will assess new training methods and recommend improvements to existing programs while managing vendor relationships to ensure external training programs are effective. Ryan will also create a strategic plan to establish an efficient and responsive training services team and relevant programs.
