FST Technical Services (FST), a professional services firm specializing in commissioning, life sciences and technical services, has been named the Commissioning Agent for the New Terminal One at John F. Kennedy Airport. New Terminal One, a consortium of labor, operating and financial partners in charge of the project, chose FST based on qualifications, local New York City knowledge and their ability to demand a higher standard of all parties involved in the project of such paramount significance.

The new $9.5 billion, 2.4 million square foot terminal, Terminal One expansion at John F. Kennedy Airport in Queens, New York City will serve as a global gateway to the New York Metropolitan area. The terminal will be a sustainable, future focused terminal with cutting edge technology including several dining, retail, lounges and recreational space. The scope of the commissioning will include services through the design phase, construction phase and post acceptance phase ensuring the highest standard of service.
